You will play a crucial role in our Business Applications team, acting as the first point of contact for ERP inquiries and technical support. Key duties include resolving user-reported issues, assisting with system configurations, and offering training sessions. With a focus on collaboration, you will improve operational efficiency while being part of an engaging work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide ERP system support to end-users
• Document and train users on best practices
• Troubleshoot and escalate support requests
• Collaborate on system improvements and updates
• Maintain Active Directory profiles as required
Requirements:
• 3 years of experience in IT support
• Relevant educational background is advantageous
• On-call support availability is needed
• Commitment to organic and sustainable products
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
