As a Team Coordinator at Loewen, you'll work closely with leadership to ensure an effective and efficient operational flow in the AC Department. Your responsibilities will include monitoring supply availability, updating stock reports, and acting as a central communication point for safety and quality issues. This dynamic role requires flexibility to adapt between different tasks and jobs during your shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with leadership to maintain department efficiency
• Ensure availability of materials for production
• Update reports and improve stock visibility
• Communicate critical safety and product issues
• Flexibly manage multiple job responsibilities
Requirements:
• Independent self-starter with motivation
• Competency in written and verbal English
• Effective organizational and interpersonal skills
• Basic math and computer proficiency
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs. frequently
