Packaging Operations Team Leader

As a hands-on leader, you'll take charge of daily packaging functions, oversee operator selection and training, and enforce compliance with safety protocols. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily packaging operations and personnel
• Provide training and hands-on coaching
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Track and maintain consumables and records
• Collaborate on equipment maintenance and improvements
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in a busy packaging role
• Experience in training and staff development
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Availability for flexible scheduling
• Knowledge of Spanish and Punjabi is a plus
