Position: Night Shift Production Technician Role
Become a key player at Golden West Baking as a Night Shift Production Technician committed to quality. Work from Wednesday to Saturday, 7 PM to 7 AM, ensuring top-quality English muffins.

As a Production Technician, you will support various areas including quality control, machine operation, and product packaging. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness according to GMPs while reporting issues to the Shift Supervisor. This role emphasizes teamwork and effective communication while producing bakery goods under strict HACCP regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee muffin quality before bagging and shipping

• Assist packaging team with daily tasks

• Maintain equipment and workspace cleanliness

• Resolve machine jams and operational issues

• Communicate production needs and shortages

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to lift 25 kg and work in warm conditions

• Experience in high-pressure settings

• Awareness of safety and operational protocols
