Elevate the customer experience at American Eagle in Tsawwassen, BC as a part-time Brand Ambassador! Bring joy to every shopper and showcase your passion for AE and Aerie.
In this dynamic role, you'll be the welcoming face of American Eagle, utilizing the AEO Selling Model to engage with guests effectively. This position requires you to be versatile, stepping into various store areas while fostering brand loyalty and solving customer challenges. Your authentic approach and teamwork will enhance the overall shopping experience, making each visit memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create engaging customer interactions using the AEO Selling Model
• Share knowledge about AE and Aerie products with enthusiasm
• Introduce loyalty programs and brand offerings to guests
• Support team efforts across Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, and more
• Resolve guest concerns in line with company policies
Requirements:
• Love for AE and Aerie products
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday work
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• At least 16 years of age
