Customer-Focused Sales Associate Position

Your responsibilities encompass engaging with shoppers, maintaining stock levels, and following Loss Prevention standards, all contributing to a pleasant shopping atmosphere for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Anticipate customer needs and respond quickly

• Acknowledge customers and provide tailored service

• Communicate promotions and product benefits clearly

• Maintain organization and cleanliness in the store

• Assist in processing stock as needed

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Preferably prior experience in retail

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Flexibility for weekend and evening shifts

• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs as necessary
