Customer-Focused Sales Specialist

This role reports to the Sales Manager, pivotal for dealing with incoming web, phone, and email inquiries. You will convert leads into loyal customers through proactive service and a deep understanding of our products. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will drive your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sell empty and modified shipping containers and equipment
• Prepare detailed estimates while confirming specifics with the Structures Manager
• Utilize software to manage customer and project pipelines
• Facilitate customer viewings and provide assistance at the yard
• Accurately document customer interactions and sales updates
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in a sales role
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets
• Exceptional active listening skills
• Positive, professional attitude under pressure
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems is a plus
Support Custom Cubes in delivering custom structures by leveraging your sales acumen and commitment to customer satisfaction.
