Sales Engineer

In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, design effective solutions, and support the sales process from first conversation to successful implementation.

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and propose tailored solutions
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, while building customer relationships.
• Translate customer needs into clear technical specifications
• Support RFP/RFQ responses and solution documentation
• Provide pre?sales and occasional post?sales technical support
• Maintain a strong understanding of product capabilities, industry trends, and competitor offerings
• Build long-term relationships with clients and act as a trusted technical advisor

• Experience in a Sales Engineer, Technical Sales, or similar role
• Strong technical background in HVAC Industry an asset.
• Ability to communicate concepts in a clear, customer?friendly way
• Strong presentation, and relationship?building skills
• Comfortable working with both technical and non?technical customers.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

• Engineering degree or technical diploma
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
• Knowledge of industry standards ASME or certifications
