Position: Industrial Outside Sales Representative Needed
Join Eaton’s Electrical sector as an Outside Sales Representative across Delta, Kamloops, or Kelowna, BC. This role emphasizes sales growth and customer engagement with a company vehicle included.
You will focus on enhancing sales strategies and managing key accounts in the industrial sector. This role requires building strong relationships and offering technical assistance in solving customer challenges through Eaton's diverse product offerings. You'll also contribute to ESG initiatives while planning and attending promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales performance and achieve assigned goals

• Build relationships with customers and internal teams

• Prepare detailed sales proposals tailored to customer needs

• Participate in industry events and provide product training

• Utilize digital tools for pricing and proposal generation
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma from an accredited institution

• At least 3 years of sales experience in a relevant field

• Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship

• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license mandatory

• 5+ years in the electrical industry preferred
