* At Safran Electrical & Power, we design and deliver advanced electrical solutions for the aerospace industry. We are seeking a Continuous Improvement and Lean Sigma (Safran+) Supervisor to lead continuous improvement initiatives and guide a team of engineers and interns in driving operational excellence across our Denton facility.

This position contributes to our vision by:

Leading Safran+ Engineers and interns to ensure the effective implementation of Lean‑Sigma initiatives and continuous improvement projects

Coordinating benchmarking activities across plants and identifying best practices to be shared at the site level

Developing and delivering Lean, One Safran, and continuous improvement training programs

Facilitating One Safran workshops aligned with site maturity and Safran Electrical & Power standards

Ensuring implementation and sustainability of improvement processes such as 5S, visual management, takt clock, and Andon systems

Leading Lean‑Sigma projects that generate measurable performance improvements and cost savings

Mentoring Green Belt candidates through certification while ensuring compliance with Lean‑Sigma methodology

Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred

5+ years of engineering experience

1-3 years of people management experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)

Advanced knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles

Strong analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to develop and mentor team members

Certifications

Lean‑Sigma Green Belt required

Black Belt preferred
