Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM 12-hour rotating shift (2-2-3 schedule). Work pattern: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on (alternating weekly). Includes weekend rotation.*

** What's a typical day as Infrastructure Shipping & Logistics Lead? You'll be:*
* + Managing all outbound logistics for shelter and generator deployments from the manufacturing facility to field construction sites

+ Coordinating shelter and generator preparation for shipment, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and QA release approvals

+ Overseeing transportation logistics, including carrier selection, scheduling, route planning, and regulatory compliance for oversized loads

+ Developing and executing master delivery schedules in alignment with construction timelines and site readiness

+ Partnering with Project Managers and Field Construction Managers to validate delivery readiness and resolve site access or scheduling constraints

+ Monitoring shipments end-to-end, providing proactive updates, and resolving transportation delays

+ Maintaining accurate shipping records and supporting standardized logistics processes

+ Contributing to continuous improvement for safety, quality, and productivity

** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* + Have a high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree preferred)

+ Bring 5+ years of experience in logistics, shipping coordination, construction deployment, or heavy equipment transport

+ Have experience managing oversized or specialty freight, as well as supporting construction or telecom infrastructure projects

+ Possess strong logistics coordination, scheduling, and organizational skills

+ Are familiar with heavy equipment transport, construction site access requirements, and deployment sequencing

+ Communicate clearly and work effectively across teams

+ Are comfortable working in a non-temperature controlled warehouse environment and outdoors as needed

+ Can travel up to 20% for periodic site visits

Experience with ILA/telecom shelter or generator deployments

+ Familiarity with DOT regulations and multi-state deployment programs

+ Exposure to ERP or logistics tracking systems
