Century Group is collaborating with a client, that is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $22.00 to $24.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:

Perform accounts receivable tasks, including daily billing, adjustments, refunds, write-offs, and handling non-sufficient funds.
Monitor client accounts daily to identify outstanding balances and take appropriate action.
Thoroughly manage client onboarding and communication to clients
Investigate and resolve billing issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Analyze data to identify trends and implement corrective measures for process improvements.
Collaborate with team members to support accurate and efficient accounts receivable operations.

Requirements:

Possess strong working knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and 10-Key proficiency.
3+ years of experience in accounts receivable roles.
3+ years of experience in commercial collections with effective results.
Show ability to work effectively within a team in a collaborative environment.
Exhibit a high level of integrity, ethics, and adherence to compliance standards.

Qualifications:

An associate's degree in accounting, finance, or business, though higher education is preferred.
Demonstrate excellent analytical skills for data evaluation and reporting.
Display proficiency in resolving billing discrepancies and maintaining accurate records.
Show capability to identify and correct trends impacting accounts receivable performance.
Maintain a detail-oriented work ethic and the ability to adapt to evolving tasks.
