This Role

General Description The Sr. Project Manager (Sr. PM) will be responsible for all aspects of design‑build/engineer‑procure‑construct projects, including management of the prime contract, oversight of engineering, design, procurement, scheduling, and construction management teams. The Sr. PM supervises field operations, manages construction subcontracts and purchase orders, audits subcontractor work for compliance, and prepares audit reports.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage integrated Design‑Build (DB)/Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) teams from project inception through completion.
  • Provide overall direction and coordination of engineering design and construction activities.
  • Administer and manage the prime contract, construction subcontracts, and purchase orders.
  • Ensure compliance with customer safety, quality, and environmental expectations.
  • Plan, execute, and report on overall project performance.
  • Maintain direct communication with the customer for optimal satisfaction and coordination.
  • Mitigate and resolve potential disputes.
  • Develop and oversee project‑specific health and safety, quality control, and quality assurance plans.
  • Supervise Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Construction Managers, and site safety representatives.
  • Respond to Requests for Information and perform value‑engineering and constructability reviews.
  • Develop procurement status reports and define subcontract and purchase order packages.
  • Coordinate procurement teams and local bidding efforts.
  • Approve subcontract and purchase order invoices; oversee submission and progress payments.
  • Prepare monthly progress, budget forecasting, and schedule management reports.
  • Manage project close‑out and warranty administration; perform post‑construction cost review.
  • Train and mentor junior staff.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
  • Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures.
Required Experience and Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent; or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of Construction Project Management with direct DB/EPC experience; knowledge of power delivery industry preferred.
  • Well versed in engineering, design, construction, contracting, project planning, and management tasks, including procurement, field supervision, budgeting, safety, and quality assurance.
Skills
  • Self‑starter with strong problem‑solving, team‑building, and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication (verbal and written) and professional interaction with team members.
  • Understanding of integrated EPC process, project lifecycle, and construction methods.
  • Proficiency with scheduling and project management software;
    Primavera P6 preferred.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • In‑depth knowledge of the power delivery industry, safety, environmental best practices, and quality control measures.

Compensation Range

The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $/Yr. – USD $/Yr. depending on experience and qualifications.
