Entry Level Scientist | Human Factors

As an Entry Level Human Factors Scientist, you will perform complex investigations involving perception, behavior, decision‑making, and safety systems.

• Conduct complex analyses and simulations
• Evaluate human performance during events such as vehicle operation, product interaction, and environment interaction
• Review case‑related materials in the form of photographs, video, physical evidence, testimony, and other descriptive documents
• Perform in‑office and out‑of‑office field investigations, including physical inspections of vehicles, roadways, consumer products, and commercial equipment
• Conduct literature searches and summaries
• Communicate findings in written and oral presentation format both internally and to external clients
• Support managing and principal level engineers/scientists by assisting them in preparing for courtroom testimony

• PhD in Human Factors, Psychology, or related discipline
• 0‑5 years of experience in applied human factors
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills

Starting salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
