Expected starting base salary $80,000 to $100,000 per year.
Job Description:
- Prepare and analyze revenue reports, variance analysis, and revenue forecasts for management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits, including SOX compliance, and provide necessary documentation and explanations regarding revenue accounting.
- Review and analyze sales contracts, pricing agreements, and related documentation to ensure proper compliance with accounting principles and regulatory guidelines.
- Analyze and prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
- Familiar with natural gas industry standards, market trends, emerging issues, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, accounting software (Enertia), spreadsheets, and other financial tools and technologies.
- Interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and organization skills.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' with 1 year in revenue accounting
