Senior Tax Manager - Family Office

Our family office client is hiring a Senior Tax Manager who will handle tax planning and compliance, unique finance projects across a wide variety of entities and some accounting projects to keep your GAAP skills sharp. It’s a chance to broaden your role beyond tax, work directly with senior management, and keep the upside of public (variety and complexity) without the burnout (billable hours and lack of W-L balance).

• Mix of tax + accounting + finance projects (not just compliance)
• Work with over 100 entities in real estate, oil & gas, retail, alternative investments, etc.

• Lead tax compliance for 100+ entities (partnerships, corps, trusts, etc.)
• Oversee tax planning, audits, and special projects
• Manage 2 staff
• Evaluate and analyze investment activity (brokerage, oil & gas, alternatives)
• Jump into ad-hoc reporting and non-routine finance projects
• Review financial statements for accuracy and opportunities

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
• 8+ years of income tax experience (public or equivalent)
• Family office or PCS experience a plus
• Broad technical tax knowledge + solid accounting skills
