Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Human Resources Generalist position located in Denver, CO. The Human Resources Generalist will handle daily HR operations including developing, implementing, and maintaining HR management systems and policies. This role will involve benefits administration, onboarding/offboarding employees, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Responsibilities also include coordinating employee relations, assisting with training programs, and supporting an inclusive and positive workplace culture.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
  • Experience in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
  • Understanding of employment laws and labor regulations
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems is highly desirable
