• Build and maintain training curricula within the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Support day-to-day LMS administration, focusing on events, sessions, and training assignments
• Assist in developing and maintaining eLearning courses using authoring software
• Provide timely responses to requests for course assignments, training status, and general LMS support
• Generate LMS reports and conduct data analysis for stakeholders

• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience as an LMS Administrator
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
• Highly technology-literate with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems
• Positive, proactive approach when supporting end users and internal customers
• Associate’s degree in an IT or Business field preferred

• Experience with Cornerstone LMS, including core, learning, and/or performance modules
• Experience developing eLearning courses using authoring tools such as iSpring and Articulate
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
