HVAC Service Dispatcher

We’re looking for a proactive, precise, and people-first Service Dispatcher to manage our HVAC service schedule and ensure a stellar experience for customers and technicians.

• Schedule the right technicians to the right jobs—fast and accurately.
• Optimize routes and minimize downtime.
• Keep customers informed and technicians supported.
• Help the team hit KPIs tied to customer satisfaction, technician utilization, and more.
• Ensure a 90%+ on-time arrival rate and an 80%+ first-time fix rate.
• Use the Results Ownership Chart and Job Scorecard to measure success.

• Minimum 2 years in HVAC, plumbing, or field service dispatch.
• Experience dispatching 10+ technicians.
• Experience with invoicing, payroll coordination, or service reporting.
• Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn platforms such as Build OPs.
• Excellent communication skills—clear and calm, even during busy periods.
• Problem-solver who keeps operations moving smoothly.
• Accountable, team-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
