About the PositionTravel Nurse Source is working with United Health Care Staffing, Inc. to find a qualified Oncology RN in Denver, Colorado, 80012!
Must have
: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
- BLS
- At least 1 year current Hospital acute care Oncology experience
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
- Chemo and biotherapy certificate
- Compassionate for oncology patient population and the chronic patients
- Step down experience, we use lots of standing orders (fluid bolus, first fever) and very acute hematology pts.
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
- Lumbar puncture, bone marrow biopsies with conscious sedation and no sedation
- Thoracentesis
