The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of Industrial Conveyors, Parts & Belts. The following responsibilities and expectations are required:
- Must be a self-starter and require little to no management
- Have a 3-year track record of hitting or exceeding your sales quota
- Cold call and drive net new business
- Develop and incorporate unique sales strategies that fit your personality to ensure customer engagement is always increasing
- Build and maintain a multi-level contact process for C-Level executives within each organization (CEO, CFO, COO etc.)
- Always find a new challenge to grow both personally and professionally
- Be active in your community
- Build long-term relationships with both waste and recycling brokers
- Call on new dealers that fit our “perfect customer profile” and have the ability to tell customers they are not a good fit
- Delivering top-notch customer service
- Have the ability to handle field measurements for replacement conveyor belts, replacement parts, complete recycling system or conveyor replacements
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure all technicalities are 100% covered between both the customer and dealer before starting a project
- Develop relationships with industry leaders
- Have the ability to help customers get the correct measurements for sprockets, shafts, bearings, belts, pulleys, safety equipment etc.
- Always deliver both positive and critical feedback to all team members to ensure we continue to grow and enhance our product line
- Navigate and solve complex customer issues when they arise and always remain positive
- Team personality that always looks for the greater good for the team
- Has the ability to present complex projects to executive groups and close opportunities that may exceed 1MM
- Cold call and develop a new customer base from scratch
- Always use our internal CRM
- Travel when required (25% or more)
