MI PETCT Customer Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission UIH diagnostic imaging equipment within the assigned product portfolio at customer sites.
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Care Center at both regional and headquarters levels to perform troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, and system upgrades for designated product modalities, under supervision.
• Participate in service training programs and work toward obtaining the UIH Professional Certification to continuously enhance technical expertise and customer support capabilities.
• Escalate issues in a timely manner when customer satisfaction or service quality may be impacted, ensuring compliance with contractual and service-level obligations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

• Technical associate’s degree or above;
• Familiar with the principle and structure of diagnostic imaging equipment (RT/CT/MR/PET, etc.). Good IT, Microsoft Office and Networking Infrastructure skills;
• Have the ability to find and troubleshoot faults in the field;
• Strong communication and coordination skills, good customer-oriented service manner, excellent team cooperation spirit;
• A flexible approach to work, travel and unsociable hours;
• Valid driving license and good driving record.
