What you will do:

Lead and manage the Emergency Duty Team, ensuring a high standard of social work practice is maintained. Co-ordinate Sutton's Children's First Contact Service, providing a single point of contact for all early help and children's social care services, from support for children to addressing child protection matters. Ensure effective supervision and support for team members, promoting continuous improvement and a consistent response to all incoming referrals.

Collaborate with various agencies to ensure children receive appropriate services in line with needs identified by the Pan London threshold matrix. Monitor the quality of referrals and outcomes, ensuring that they align with statutory requirements and best practice guidelines.
