What you will do:

Lead and manage a caseload of children and young people who are subject to care plans, ensuring the highest standards of welfare and support. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement strategies that facilitate the best possible outcomes for children and young people. Act as an advocate for children and young people, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are prioritised.

Provide expert guidance and mentorship to less experienced social workers, helping them to grow and excel within the professional landscape.
