What you will do:

Provide leadership and support to the Fostering and Kinship Care Team. Oversee the assessment, supervision, and review process for foster carers and family carers. Attend the Fostering Panel as the responsible team manager. Offer guidance and supervision to a team of qualified social workers, ensuring high standards in assessing prospective carers. Engage with challenging cases to find creative and effective solutions.
