• Participate in design workshops with business stakeholders to understand Record to Report (R2R) requirements and recommend robust design.
• Help clients understand and implement Record to Report processes using Financial Accounting Hub.
• Identify strategies, risks, and options and recommend approaches to avoid problems.
• Create design options using prototypes.
• Collaborate with project team, leaders, and client stakeholders to deliver a Record to Report solution powered by Oracle Cloud.
• Lead, coach, and advise a small project team to design, set‑up, test, and deploy Oracle Financial Accounting Hub solutions and integrate them.
• Plan and organize tasks and report progress on deliverables.
• Earn the trust of clients, teammates, and managers to ensure delivery.
• Continuously grow your skills to support business development and sales efforts.
• Stay informed about industry trends and Oracle features.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financial Management, including General Ledger and Financial Accounting Hub.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in end‑to‑end Record to Report processes and Financial Accounting Hub configurations.
• Minimum 1 year in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation projects.
• Experience with at least one full life‑cycle Oracle Cloud FIN implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). Associate degree with minimum 6 years work experience is acceptable.

• Oracle Cloud certification.
• Experience with other Oracle Cloud products.
• Strong creative problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent project delivery and management experience.
• Proven ability to gain client trust and partner on design, workshops, gap analysis, and testing.
• Experience integrating with Oracle Cloud EPM products.

Travel may be required from 0% to 100% depending on business needs.
