Sales Manager Assisted Living

Are you a relationship-driven professional with a passion for helping seniors and families find the right care? We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Sales Manager to join our Assisted Living team and help drive occupancy while building meaningful community partnerships.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, managing inquiries, conducting tours, and guiding prospective residents and families through the move-in process. This role plays a key part in building strong referral relationships and promoting the community’s services and exceptional resident experience.

• Conduct tours for prospective residents and families
• Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, rehabilitation centers, and community organizations
• Manage lead generation and follow-up to drive occupancy goals
• Coordinate and participate in marketing events, networking opportunities, and community outreach
• Maintain accurate prospect and move-in records in CRM systems
• Collaborate with leadership to develop sales and marketing strategies
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the admissions process

• Previous experience in senior living, assisted living, healthcare, admissions, or sales preferred
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
• Proven ability to meet occupancy or sales goals
  
  Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus
