You'll play a key role in empowering students to overcome barriers to learning and thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • State licensure or eligibility as a School Social Worker
  • Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication, advocacy, and organizational skills
  • Ability to assess student needs and develop supportive plans
  • Adept at collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Compassion, patience, and a student-centered approach
Your Responsibilities:
  • Deliver individual and group counseling to students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges
  • Partner with teachers, staff, and parents to create supportive interventions and academic accommodations
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans and behavior management strategies
  • Serve as a liaison between the school, families, and external agencies
  • Support crisis intervention services and facilitate referrals to specialized community resources
  • Help foster a positive and inclusive school climate
