Detroit area Logistics company is seeking a Finance Manager to establish and facilitate forecasting, budget activities, and monthly financial variance reporting and to act as the liaison between the out of state corporate Financial and Human Resources teams and the local division in the Detroit area.  This is an executive position and will work with the rest of the executive team in setting and executing the strategic plan.  Will identify finance reporting needs, develop and maintain budget process along with ongoing monthly variance reporting, and identify and direct team to the appropriate financial or HR team members to resolve issues.  Must have a Bachelor’s degree and the ability to create and understand financial reports (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and good financial acumen and accounting understanding.  Salary up to $100,000.  No relocation available
