Key Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in asset management, EAM/CMMS configuration, or utility/industrial operations.
• Hands‑on experience with Cascade or similar EAM/CMMS platforms (e.g., Maximo, SAP PM, Infor).
• Strong background in utility, energy, or infrastructure asset data (e.g., stations, substations, equipment, field operations).
• Proven ability to configure systems (not just use them), including asset hierarchies, inspections, triggers, PM schedules, workflows, and compliance modules.
• Experience establishing or maintaining data governance standards, ensuring data integrity, and supporting audit requirements.
• Experience supporting system integrations, testing, upgrades, and validation activities.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and how to operationalize them within an EAM/CMMS system.

• Configure and maintain asset structures, equipment records, locations, inspections, triggers, and maintenance workflows in Cascade.
• Build and sustain accurate asset hierarchies and data structures to support maintenance execution and reporting.
• Ensure system configuration supports regulatory audits, compliance tracking, and documentation requirements.
• Maintain and support integrations with related systems; coordinate testing, troubleshooting, and upgrades with IT and vendors.
• Partner with Engineering, Field Operations, Project Management, IT, and compliance teams to align system configuration with business needs.
• Support capital equipment lifecycle tracking and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Provide guidance, training, and documentation to users on system processes and best practices.

This position serves as the business‑side configuration specialist for the Cascade Enterprise Asset Management/Computerized Maintenance Management System (EAM/CMMS) application. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate and reliable asset, equipment, and maintenance data by configuring system structures, inspections, triggers, and integrations that support maintenance planning, regulatory compliance, and operational decision‑making. The position works closely with Engineering, Field Operations, IT Services, and external vendors to ensure the Cascade application functions effectively and aligns with business, operational, and compliance requirements.

This is a functional application role and does not include IT infrastructure or database administration responsibilities.

Configure and maintain Cascade application setup, including asset structures, locations, stations, equipment records, positions, inspections, triggers, and maintenance workflows.

Serve as the business‑side system owner for configuration standards and data structure governance.

Evaluate and prioritize configuration requests to ensure data integrity, system reliability, and alignment with operational and compliance requirements.

Work with Engineering, Project Management, Field Operations, and other business groups to gather equipment and station information.

Build and maintain accurate equipment, station, location, and hierarchy records in Cascade, including nameplate data, classifications, and required attributes.

Ensure assets are properly linked to positions and inspection programs so maintenance and compliance activities are generated correctly.
