Astroscale in East Hagbourne is seeking a team lead for Electrical Assembly Integration and Test (AIT) to oversee activities on spacecraft components for orbital debris removal projects. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of AIT engineering experience, preferably in the space industry, and must be able to lead and mentor a small team. Responsibilities include managing test requirements, overseeing documentation, and coordinating project schedules.
A bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering is required.
