Office Admin
Looking for an office admin for an Oil & Gas construction company
1. Need to know about the time keeping Job
2. Need to have knowledge in labor law and HR
3. Coordinate for the gate passes
4. Coordinate for new candidate’s arrival, airport pick up, accommodation, visa processing
5. Coordinate with the store for the material arrangement for the project
6. Coordinating and controlling the heavy equipment
7. Document controlling and recording
8. All other day today office secretarial and admin job
Conditions: -

2. Driving License is added advantage
