Responsibilities
- Coordinate travel logistics for employees and guests – including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Ensure all travel documentation (visas, work permits, passports) is valid and compliant with traveling country regulations.
- Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, and internal stakeholders to secure cost‑effective and timely bookings.
- Handle emergency and last‑minute travel changes, including flight disruptions and urgent mobilizations.
- Maintain accurate travel records, itineraries, and cost tracking.
- Ensure adherence to company travel policies and client‑specific requirements.
- Support mobilization and demobilization processes for employees and remote site personnel.
- Monitor travel budgets and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in travel coordination, preferably within oil & gas or a similar industry.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent travel changes.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
