We are looking for a candidate with minimum 10 years of experience in managing all costs relating to Infrastructure and Road Projects including, accurate surveying of quantities for preparation / review Bills of Quantities, verifying claims, payments, variations, addendum, extension of time contractual issues, rate analysis & other commercial activities for the projects and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
Candidate should be able maximise project margin and add value to the construction process by proactive involvement in procurement, cost management & reporting and preparation of interim valuations and final accounts as per contractual deadlines in connection with projects, for the client’s approval.
Candidates with above experience & holding Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant engineering field and age between 35 – 45 years are encouraged to apply.
Only candidates with MMUP classification & Membership in Professional bodies will be shortlisted and called for interview.
