CEO required by Chase Resourcing to work for a Top Hospital in the Middle East.

You should have 20 years’ + experience in the Health Sector and 5-7 of those should be in a top management position.

Ideally you will have experience in any of the GCC countries and also Europe or Scandinavia.

You should have a deep understanding of health care business and institutions and a demonstrable track record of working at the highest standards and delivering outstanding results, including management change and delivering on growth strategies.

KEY DUTIES

You will provide operational leadership and implement the management framework for the operations and effect through the management systems, operational policies, processes, procedures and controls to deliver the highest professional, service and ethical standards.

The CEO shall build close cooperation with local and international associations, clubs which contribute to the success of the Hospital

The CEO shall implement and sustain a high performance culture and ethos of teamwork and cohesiveness, service and professional quality.

Provide executive support for the development and implementation of the Hospital’s education and research programmes.
Provide enabling environment to identify opportuntiies to increase value-added services for patients and internal customers by identifying and implementing new change initiatives that improve workflow and productivity.
Provide executive management support for recruitment of staff, talent and skills for the different functions of the hospital to continue to maintain a high performance culture.
Champions the learning and development initiatives for all staff within the relevant functions, ensuring the continued development and retention of the required talent and skills.
Oversees the provision of an environment conductive to work by promoting teamwork, co-operation and harmonious relationship among the staffs in the relevant functions.
lead Senior management team in strategy formulation, planning and implementation, in order to carry out the mission and achieve vision of the organisation.
You will ensure effective performance management and monitoring in order to achieve short- and long-term objectives.
Champion effective leadership to manage direct reports’ recruitment, development and performance to ensure thorough understanding of their respective roles while raising their engagement level and functional performance.
Position Requirements
Bachelor,   More than 15 Years work experience
EDUCATION

Bachelor Degree in Health Sciences, healthcare management or Business Administration from a reputable education institute.
A relevant post graduate qualification/ certification including an MSc, MHA or MBA with focus on healthcare institutions / private hospitals.

EXPERIENCE

15-20 years relevant experience.
At least 5 of this experience should be at the top management / strategic level.
Most of this experience should be at a reputable sports medicine institution / private hospital with exposure to sports medicine and surgery.

SKILLS

Willingness to take accountability and responsibility for personal actions and decisions made.
Objectivity in making decisions and in the giving and receiving of constructive feedback and critical appraisal.
Strong knowledge of leading practices and technological breakthroughs in healthcare strategic management.
Advanced strategic planning and strategic management capability with special focus on healthcare institutions.
Ability to make efficient and effective decisions drawing from previous experiences.
Required Language Skills:
  • English - Very good
