Collections Strategy Lead - Assistant Manager

People Dynamics in Doha is looking for an Assistant Manager – Collections to oversee the management of accounts receivable and ensure compliance with financial policies. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, along with a professional qualification such as C.A., ACCA, or CIMA. The position requires 6-8 years of relevant experience including at least 2 years in a supervisory role and knowledge of IFRS.

Fluent English is a must. This is a critical role with the focus on enhancing financial operations and ensuring effective teamwork across departments.
