Job Summary
The Facility Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of facility operations, maintenance, technical services, contractor coordination, and compliance across company properties. The role ensures that all facilities remain safe, functional, cost-efficient, and aligned with AlEmadi Enterprises operational standards.
Facility Operations Management- Oversee daily operations of company facilities, buildings, and common areas
- Ensure all facilities are operating efficiently and maintained to high standards
- Monitor building performance and operational functionality
- Coordinate space management, renovations, and fit‑out activities
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Ensure proper functioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, elevators, and other MEP systems
- Develop and monitor maintenance schedules and service reports
- Coordinate with technical team and contractors for repairs and troubleshooting
- Minimize equipment downtime and operational disruptions
- Manage external contractors, suppliers, and facility service providers
- Evaluate contractor performance and ensure service quality standards are met
- Review quotations, maintenance proposals, and service agreements
- Ensure contractors comply with company policies and safety standards
- Ensure compliance with Qatar safety regulations, municipality requirements, and company policies
- Conduct regular facility inspections and risk assessments
- Monitor fire safety systems, emergency preparedness, and evacuation procedures
- Ensure all permits, certifications, and maintenance records are updated
- Prepare and monitor facility maintenance budgets
- Control operational and maintenance expenses while maintaining service quality
- Identify cost‑saving initiatives and operational improvements
- Monitor utility consumption and support energy‑efficiency initiatives
- Supervise maintenance, housekeeping, security, and technical staff
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure operational productivity
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding facility‑related requirements
- Support a positive and professional working environment
- Support luxury service standards and premium customer experience across properties
- Respond promptly to operational concerns, complaints, and emergencies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of facility management experience in residential, commercial buildings, hospitality
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building maintenance operations
- Experience in managing multiple contractors and facility teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Knowledge of Qatar facility regulations and safety standards
- Knowledge in facility management systems/software
- Exceptional communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable
