The Warehouse In‑Charge oversees all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient processes, optimal stock management, and compliance with policies. They lead a team, assign tasks, and maintain stock accuracy. They coordinate shipments, enforce compliance, and communicate processes. The Warehouse In‑Charge also handles customer inquiries, monitors performance, and manages vendor relationships. They are committed to safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

• Provide leadership and direction to warehouse staff.
• Supervise daily warehouse activities, assigning workload and ensuring completion.
• Plan and schedule receiving, distribution, and replenishment activities.
• Manage, evaluate, and report on warehouse productivity.
• Motivate, organize, and encourage teamwork to achieve productivity targets.

• Implement and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
• Communicate new processes to the team and ensure proper application.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

• Maintain stock and bin accuracy through effective planning and direction.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Apply procedures to reduce handling damages and inventory losses.

• Coordinate inbound shipments with supply chain and clearance teams.
• Monitor all warehouse activities to comply with agreed SLAs and company policies.
• Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations and standards.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.

• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehouse activities and team performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track warehouse performance.
• Analyze data and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Procure materials and supplies as needed, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and quality.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms.

• Monitor and enforce safety standards to create a safe working environment.
• Ensure compliance with relevant environmental and social responsibility standards.
• Implement initiatives to reduce environmental impact and promote sustainability.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Warehouse Management.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage an inventory system.
• Ability to comprehend procedures.
• Preferable SAP MM module working experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.
• Ability to provide leadership.
• Ability to assign and direct the work of employees.
