- Build, recommend, and execute detailed project roadmaps for HR initiatives aligned with strategic goals
- Plan, manage, and deliver HR projects in accordance with approved standards, schedules, and budgets
- Lead HR projects across all phases, from evaluation and concept design to testing and operational implementation
- Engage and manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
- Coordinate with HR, IT, Finance, Procurement, and other business divisions to deliver integrated project outcomes
- Monitor project execution, organize review meetings, resolve blockers, and maintain momentum
- Create, track, and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare reports for senior stakeholders
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies based on experience
- Establish and govern HR project management frameworks, including policies, tools, processes, and forums
- Drive feasibility studies, business plans, and cost planning for new and ongoing HR initiatives
- Lead change management activities to support adoption and sustainability of HR projects
- Manage and develop team members, ensuring effective collaboration and performance
- High School, Vocational, or Diploma qualification with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 3 years of people management experience
- Strong change management expertise
- Solid understanding of HR processes and HR systems
- Proven project management experience across complex, multi‑stakeholder environments
- Experience working with senior leaders and diverse teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Clarizen
- PMP certification is preferred
- Leadership role driving HR transformation at a global airline group
