CL A OTR Drivers – Work 40 Weeks & Off 12 Weeks/Yr – $90-$112K/yr – 100% No Touch (Full Time)

Class A OTR drivers are needed to run 40 weeks per year and earn $90-$112K. This is a 100% no-touch freight operation with approx. 85% drop‑and‑hook.

• Provide 40 weekly work weeks with off 12 weeks per year.
• Operate vehicles primarily in the Northeast and Upper Midwest during the first 12 months of experience, including December, January, and February.
• Deliver freight across a broad network of states including IL, IN, KY, WV, MI, OH, PA, NJ, TN, DE, MD, VA, CT, RI, MA, NC, SC, GA (excluding NY).
• Park at designated company facilities in OH, PA, or NC after a 21‑day cycle; company covers round‑trip flight home.
• Carry out 85% drop‑and‑hook freight; all freight is no-touch.

• Trucks averaging 18 months old; include fridge, microwave, inverter, APU, flat screen TV, and XM radio.
• Makeup of fleets:
  Freightliners, Kenworth, or International.

• Starting pay ranges from $0.67 to $0.72 CPM, increasing with experience and hazmat qualifications.
• Full benefits commence after 60 days and include bonus, PTO, medical, dental, 401(k), and more.

• Minimum 12 months of OTR experience within the last 15 months, with at least two months in the Northeast or Upper Midwest during winter months.
• Zero DOT preventable recordable accidents in the past five years.
• No more than two moving violations in the last three years, none of which are major (e.g., 15 mph over, reckless, lane violation).
• Total incidents, moving violations, and accidents must not exceed three.
• No DUI within the last 8 years, and no more than one DUI in a lifetime.
• No history of failed or refused DOT drug or alcohol tests.
• All felony and misdemeanor convictions must be at least 10 years old.
