About the role: You will be working in our Dover, DE location providing support and service to clients by receiving and processing orders related to corporate public record filings and document retrieval. This role involves working full‑time and in‑office from 9am to 6pm EST, Monday through Friday.

What you will do:
  • Communicate with clients, coworkers, correspondents, jurisdiction employees, and others in a timely, effective, and professional manner
  • Regular, late coverage in our Delaware office for direct, online access to utilize the state filing system
  • Utilize systems to “build” transactions and release various portions of the order to coworkers, correspondents, or state/county offices for processing
  • Access public record websites to file and retrieve publicly recorded documents
  • Review, prepare, and submit filings, paying close attention to rules and regulations
  • Generate proposals for clients, including fees and turnaround expectations
  • Maintain clear records throughout transactions to ensure accurate results and invoicing
Who you are:
  • Experience: You have direct and relevant industry experience in nationwide corporate transactions, including, but not limited to, formation, qualification, merger, conversion, amendment, withdraw, and dissolution filings. You are familiar with the Delaware Corporate Information System (“DCIS”).
  • Preferred: You have 5+ years of experience in corporate public record filings and document retrieval.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills: You have the ability to multi‑task and prioritize projects / assignments. You have a strong attention to detail and exhibit a reasonable sense of urgency when processing orders to completion.
