Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a Sales Manager for one of our clients in the cement sector. This is a strategic leadership role, where the candidate will act as the country-level head of sales, manage key accounts, and drive business growth across the region.

• Act as the Country Sales Lead, overseeing overall sales performance and strategy for the region.
• Manage and develop key client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and high-value deals.
• Identify and secure major business opportunities, including complex and large-scale projects.
• Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
• Collaborate with management, technical, and operations teams to align business goals and ensure successful project execution.
• Develop and execute country-level sales plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor industry trends, market developments, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to guide strategic decisions.
• Represent the company in strategic meetings, negotiations, and high-level client interactions.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in cement.
• Proven experience in managing teams, leading departments, or regional operations.
• Strong track record of managing key accounts and closing high-value deals.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to work independently, make high-level decisions, and take ownership of regional business goals.
• Active driver with flexibility for domestic and international travel.
