We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in providing exceptional service. With over 520 store locations, we are a family‑owned and operated company with more than 35 years in the mattress industry.

• Motivated people with availability to work a retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Typical 4–5 day work week offers 40–55 hours a week.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading their purchases.
• Provide customers with a relaxed, low‑pressure, educational shopping experience focused on improving their lives through sleep solutions.
• Use of state‑of‑the‑art technology: tablets, mobile POS, and bed Match system.
• Winning team‑oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
