The RN - Per Diem Wound Care position at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital involves providing individualized nursing care, interpreting medical care plans, and ensuring safe and competent nursing practices. • Pay: $32.29 - $62.57/Hourly
• Location: Dover, NH

• Schedule: Per Diem
• Department/Unit: Wound Care

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports, and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.

• Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Experience: 1 year of clinical nursing experience required; 2 years of wound care experience preferred

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Current RN License in New Hampshire required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Neonatal Resuscitation Certification (NRP) preferred
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certification (PALS) preferred
