Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory & Data Entry Associate to join our dynamic medical manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will manage inventory records, ensure accurate data entry, and support the seamless operation of our supply chain processes. Your precision and organizational skills will contribute directly to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in our manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately input and update inventory data into various databases and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to maintain real-time stock levels.
  • Manage order entry processes, ensuring all items are correctly logged and tracked throughout the supply chain.
  • Conduct regular data collection activities, including verifying stock counts, recording discrepancies, and updating records accordingly.
  • Organize and file physical and digital documents related to inventory transactions, maintaining an orderly filing system for quick retrieval.
  • Utilize computer skills such as typing, transcription, and creating pivot tables in Microsoft Excel to analyze inventory trends and generate reports.
  • Support clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and basic math calculations to assist with inventory reconciliation and reporting.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve data accuracy, streamline processes, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Skills
  • Proficiency with databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to perform accurate typing and transcription tasks efficiently.
  • Experience with data entry, order processing, and clerical functions within an office or manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining precise records.
  • Basic math skills for inventory calculations, adjustments, and reconciliations.
  • Familiarity with filing systems—both digital and physical—and data collection techniques.
  • Prior office experience or clerical experience preferred to support administrative functions effectively.
