Provide customer service to all persons at the location by following site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate;
Monitor entry and exit points for employees, visitors, vendors, and/or drivers, verifying credentials, issuing passes when required, and documenting access activity;
Respond to incidents, delivery-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including entrances, perimeters, parking areas, loading zones, and other assigned areas as conditions vary by site;
Help to deter unauthorized access, report unusual activity, and communicate security-related concerns with site contacts, supervisors, and/or local responders as needed
