Registered Nurse; RN - Hospice

Overview

Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Hospice position located in Downers Grove, Illinois. The role requires collaboration with a team-based environment and management of patient care plans in the Hospice setting.

Duration: ongoing.

Work schedule:

40 hours per week with 8‑hour shifts.

Employment type:

The RN will support patients in Lisle, IL and surrounding areas, collaborate with the hospice team to deliver patient care plans, and manage charting and documentation to meet critical deadlines.

• Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
• Associate degree or higher from an accredited nursing school.
• Minimum two years of RN experience (hospice experience preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel approximately 20% of the day to patient locations.
• Commitment to timely charting and documentation.
• Proficiency in self‑management of time and schedule.
• Experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software.
• Fluency in Russian or Spanish is a plus.
• Successful completion of a drug screen (including medical and recreational marijuana testing) is required prior to employment.
