We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our team! Members who join our team will be responsible for helping our sales people create proposals, manage their projects, and provide customer support. Over time, our sales support professionals will naturally begin to build a customer base of their own and have the ability to transition into a lucrative sales position if desired.
- Design furniture layouts (space planning) and create proposals
- Research product information
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Process orders and schedule installations
- Assist with digital marketing projects
- Maintaining our product literature library
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Comfortable speaking with clients on a regular basis
- Willingness to work with a sense of urgency
- Bachelors or Associates Degree
Additional Considerations a plus:
- Experience in the Office Furniture industry
- Training or previous experience in interior design
- Experience working with interior design software
