What You'll Do

* Work within a growing facilities department on a wide variety of projects

* Respond to emergency facilities requests

* Change HVAC air filters in all buildings per schedule and record information in log book

* Perform maintenance, repairs, painting, electrical, plumbing, etc

* Utilize Maintain

X platform to receive, track and complete work orders

What You'll Need

* Ability to work independently and prioritize

* HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical experience a plus!!

* Record information in computer software program

* Ability to troubleshoot facility issues

* Valid driver's license with good driving record

* At least 18 years of age
