Responsibilities
- Own the supply master plan for your value stream, managing the end‑to‑end supply network to serve customers.
- Oversee, prepare, and update short‑ and long‑term end‑to‑end supply network plans using advanced planning systems and analytical tools.
- Optimize supply‑chain resources and guarantee availability of Finished Goods (FG) and Key Modules (KM).
- Share regional focus with Global Supply Planning (GSP), adopt systems, policies, and processes to deliver optimal planning results.
- Lead value‑stream supply review meetings during S&OP and collaborate with supply‑chain and business leadership to discuss opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with supply parties and markets to deliver the optimized supply plan and improve supply‑chain performance.
- Coordinate and elevate structural scarcity processes to the S&OP value‑stream lead.
- Propose priorities and execute agreed direction with factory operational teams and the market.
- Serve as the primary contact for the BU S&OP value‑stream lead and other business stakeholders.
- Build a long‑ and mid‑term perspective on end‑to‑end supply chain with OEMs, business units, operational teams (production planners, OMM planners, Global Master Planners), commercial teams, and other stakeholders.
- Challenge information that impacts planning outcomes (e.g., capacity, lead times) obtained from IPC factories and OEMs when necessary.
- Collaborate with supply planners, production planners, and material management to develop the optimal supply plan for your value stream.
- Report to the Supply Planning Leader Europe.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Data Analysis, Statistics, Business Analytics or a related field.
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in supply planning, supply‑chain management, or a related area.
- Proficiency in Supply‑Chain Management (SCM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and Inventory Management systems.
- Knowledge of continuous‑improvement methodologies.
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English.
This office‑based role requires presence in the office at least three days per week, preferably a mix between Amsterdam and Drachten. Willingness to travel for supplier visits is required but will not be frequent.
